CNC Milling

AVT has years of experience in milling advanced parts and also simpler jobs. Many parts are manufactured for automation projects, which is often slightly lower volumes and this is where we have a particular expertise.

For parts with larger volumes, we help to adapt the design for cost-effective manufacturing.

We offer support with all aspects from design to manufacturing of models and prototypes. A strength is that we have our own design department in-house that develop machines for projects and also support with developing prototypes.

We prepare jobs in Mastercam X9 and can work directly from your 3D drawings.

We can manage several file formats: Solid Works, Parasolid, Step etc.

Our focus is complex products in small or medium size series and even simple cost-effective manufacturing.

Manufacturing is managed in dynamic environment with experienced and knowledgeable personnel.

We offer manufacturing using simultaneous 5-axis machining and traditional 3-axis, also with the possibility of a 4^th axis.

We work with different materials such as steel, stainless, aluminum, copper and various thermic plastics.
