Bonding and lubrication

With assembling of various parts, lubrication can be required. Different lubricants require various application methods from spraying to brushing. Dispensing of lubricants varies from pumping to pressure tanks.

When gluing parts together, commonly a dispensing system is used or a standard gluing equipment for hotmelt glue. Typical applications for gluing of boxes or securing screwed joints with eg. Loctite.

By utilising a robot, a glue bead can be applied along an edge of a product or application of a silicon bead for sealing.
