Rotary Indexing machines are an effective solution when there are a limited number of tasks in a process. The most common is 4 to 12 position round tables with tailored product fixtures.
Round Table Machines are built with index tables with a fixed number of positions and a very high stop position accuracy. It is built up with a number of product fixtures on the indexing table in which the parts are loaded in to. For every turn a new assembly step can be carried out building up the product around the table.
Parts and products can be loaded automatically via diffrent type of step feeders, vibration feeders and then pick and placed for assembly. Other tasks such as pressing, machining and lubricating are also possible. Quality controls can also be implemented for required tasks. A round table machine can be loaded manually in position or be part of a fully automated assembly line.
